If Burren Capital does not reply to this complaint you can then report them to the FBI in America (http://www.fbi.gov/). I am not sure what the equivalent is for Canada. While you do this consult an attorney. They will be able to tell you what you can do. This company said I was approve for a $20,000 loan for 10 yrs 7% $232.00 mo in a few minutes deposite into my bank account. Collatral, co-signer or Insurance. I needed one of these to process my loan. they receive the $1,000 from me through western union unpon receiving it ($1,000) they said I needed $1,400 for them to process this sucessfully. But I counld not come up with the $400. so I asked them to send the money back to me they refused I called them several time trying to retrive my cash no luck now I want to make out an complaint or sue them for emotional distrss and finanical debitation.
