I am not sure if you are in Canada or the U.S. Which ever country you are in you need to report them to the Better Business Bureau (http://www.bbb.org/) and put in a complaint and explain the situation as you have here in your complaint. If Burren Capital does not reply to this complaint you can then report them to the FBI in America (http://www.fbi.gov/). I am not sure what the equivalent is for Canada.

While you do this consult an attorney. They will be able to tell you what you can do.
